This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. jilitrik strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds held therein may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. jilitrik does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4.1 To access real-money games and services on jilitrik, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. jilitrik is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jilitrik reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

4.5 You must not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your Account.

5.4 jilitrik implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all Platform communications. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jilitrik cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilitrik accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources.
6.6 jilitrik does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
7.1 jilitrik may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilitrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 jilitrik's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jilitrik does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jilitrik's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jilitrik is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, or on a permanent basis. 13.2 Upon Account closure for cause, jilitrik reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jilitrik may forfeit the Balance in accordance with applicable law.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilitrik customer support. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
14.1 jilitrik collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the jilitrik Platform shall first be submitted to jilitrik's customer support team for resolution. jilitrik will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilitrik's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
